Whitney Ward, Founder & Managing Principal
A highly driven entrepreneur, Whitney founded Intuitive Management Partners in 2019 with the goal of bringing a niche sector focus and expertise in multifamily investment management to market. With a continuous growing demand for housing solutions, Whitney saw an opportunity to support both institutional and private capital in their pursuit of acquiring, managing, and divesting of multifamily assets.
As Managing Principal of Intuitive Management Partners, Ms. Ward leads and defines company growth initiatives & expansion opportunities. Ms. Ward's role includes overseeing acquisitions & investments, investor relations and capital markets.
Whitney is also the Founder and Principal of Ward & Company Real Estate, a privately held real estate investment firm, focused on acquiring underperforming multifamily properties throughout the Southeast.
After nearly a decade of corporate sales, management & marketing experience with Fortune 500 Companies: Enterprise Holdings and The Coca-Cola Company, Whitney shifted her career focus to Commercial Multifamily Real Estate. Since the start of her real estate business in 2016, Whitney has successfully built a vertically integrated multifamily acquisitions and investment management company from the ground up. Ms. Ward has advised on a number of multifamily acquisitions and investment sales transactions, and has positioned herself as an industry thought leader within the sector; sharing her insights and knowledge at many industry conferences, as well as real estate podcasts.
Whitney is a graduate from George Mason University, where she earned a B.A. degree in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from the College of Humanities and Social Sciences. While at Mason, Whitney was a Division I scholarship athlete for the Mason Women's Basketball Program.
